What do you like best about Board Intelligence?

I think the platform is extremely user-friendly from a back-end perspective. I find the individuals who work for Board Intelligence to be extremely responsive, very approachable, and extremely eager to support you with any issues from a technology perspective. What do you dislike about Board Intelligence?

I think the biggest barrier to utilizing more of the Board Intelligence features is, unfortunately, cost. At the moment, the package means that we are charged per user for access. I think if we were to utilize Board Intelligence to its fullest extent in our business, we would want to drive the use across all our departments through senior executives and down. That would be quite pricey for our businesses. The cost would be based on per individual user, which is something that if it could be reviewed, we'd definitely try our appetite further. What do you like best about Board Intelligence?

What do you like best about Board Intelligence?

I regularly use Board Intelligence for our board packs. The portal is easy to navigate and use and the drag-and-drop facility really speeds up the process. The user access settings are also clear and restricting viewing on certain publications is a useful tool.

What do you dislike about Board Intelligence?

I use Board Intelligence for board pack preparation and find this feature particularly useful. The support team is incredibly responsive and quick to assist when any issues arise. What do you like best about Board Intelligence?

I use Board Intelligence for creating meeting papers. It saves me a significant amount of time when collating and publishing papers. I find the whole platform really effective, even though I'm using the basic version. The ability to find papers is very useful, and I have a library going back 6 years. What do you dislike about Board Intelligence?

What do you like best about Board Intelligence?

I find the tabs for moving around the board pack very useful, especially when the pack is large. The breaks feature is also helpful for longer meetings. I’m looking forward to using the new action tracker, and I like that I’ll be able to assign actions and monitor them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Board Intelligence?

It' so easy to share content with colleagues and I especially like the option to organise packs for individual committees and then assign members to the folders relevant to them. This is only a very minor point, but when I select a shelf from the left-hand menu, it doesn’t take me directly to that shelf. Instead, it moves me to the bookcase view and starts at the top of the list. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Board Intelligence?

The ease of creating agendas, drag and dropping documents into the portal, moving order of items and amending dates/times etc. It's easy to create/duplicate packs, move between shelves, everything is just so clear and set out well. What do you like best about Board Intelligence?

I like that Board Intelligence is all online, making it easier to distribute board packs, read and review them, and refer to prior ones. It's easy to use, and I appreciate the intuitive shelf layout. Plus, past packs being saved is a helpful feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Board Intelligence?

I would like it if DocuSign were integrated and there should be a section to add attendees, including whether they are joining remotely or physically and their titles. I currently handle this by creating a Word document in the options section as a cover page.
