Board Intelligence simplifies the whole Board Pack experience - from Agenda creation to pulling whole packs together. Nothing is forgotten! Customer Support is also exceptional - any issues are dealt with immediately and in layman's terms, therefore very easy to understand. Moving from page to page can be a bit cumbersome. I like to use the arrows on my keyboard, but it doesn't always work very well. It's just a bit slow. It scrolls down instead of just moving from page to page. When I click the down arrow, I would like it to move to the next page unless the view is so high that I can't see the full page. Maybe it could be an option for how people would like to scroll using the arrows, whether they would like to scroll or just move from page to page. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I enjoy using Board Intelligence for preparing and sending out Board Packs as it streamlines the process and makes collating a Board Pack easier. I particularly appreciate the commissioning function that allows third parties to upload their documents directly. The system is great for storing important documents securely and accessing historical data easily. I like the layout and find it easy to use and relatively intuitive. I appreciate Board Intelligence for saving me time by eliminating the need to use Adobe to create packs, and I find the AI function useful in preparing a first draft of minutes. I like the look of the platform and the simplicity of the user experience. The back office/help team responds and resolves issues quickly. What I like most is the ease of use and the fact that everything is in one place and so easy to access. It keeps everything in one place, and it's so easy to use during a meeting because I can have the agenda open and just tap on the agenda, and it goes straight to the relevant paper that supports the item we're discussing. I really value the link between the agenda and the papers, and there's a feature called pages across the bottom so I can just tap and flip across the pages and see which page I need to be at. It's very, very easy to use during the course of a meeting. I was at a complicated finance meeting where we had to look at spreadsheets and jump around all over the place, and the fact that I could navigate easily through the agenda and through the papers was all made possible by Board Intelligence. I also use the shelf, which has got the meetings and previous meetings, and the minutes of other committees that I'm not a member of, so I can keep up to date with what's happening there. The initial setup was very easy, and the support team are very quick to respond if you have any issues and sort things out very easily and speedily. Board Intelligence is easy to navigate between different accounts and different shelves. It's relatively intuitive and easy to train up new users. It is also more cost effective then other tools. It is a superb tool for disseminating Board Papers, reviewing them and increasingly to use AI tools to interrogate them and ensure Directors are fully appraised of current and historical perspectives.
