What do you like best about Board Intelligence?

The most efficient support team I have ever experienced. Queries are addressed in a short timeframe and very efficiently.

Overall, BI is a user-friendly platform providing a great opportunity for commissioning papers directly via the platform, avoiding multiple emails and follow-ups for CoSecs. It's also very helpful to have report templates available within BI, and we are actively using these templates for reports throughout boards to have an aligned approach. What do you dislike about Board Intelligence?

It would be helpful to have opportunity of having automatically generated sub-section contents to have a more clear shift between the report and its appendicies in a same manner as we can currently have for sections. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Time Saving Intuitive System"

What do you like best about Board Intelligence?

Since joining Board Intelligence I have saved hours of time in my job as a PA collating Board and Committee packs. The system is very intuitive and simple to use. It is great in meeting when I want to send messages to the Chair if they have for example missed an agenda item and I can just send them a message through the system. I would highly recommend this system.

The customer service is extremely speedy too. If I have ever sent a query to the customer service inbox I usually receive a reply within the hour. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Very effective means of managing board papers over time"

What do you like best about Board Intelligence?

It's very easy to upload papers for the staff team and really intuitive and easy to use platform for board members who have all their board papers in one place over time, along with the notes they have made. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Board Intelligence?

Board Intelligence provides an excellent, professional looking platform for loading and distributiong board papers. It is easy to use from start to finish, the board agenda is very intuitive and makes planning a breeze. The upload of papers is easy and quick with the ability to set permissions to specific board members while keeping confidential papers at a need to know basis is quick and simple. The annotation function is a very handy feature for board members to share comments.

In terms of support, it is first class! all support requests have been answered in an extremely quick and professional manner.
