I like that it's fairly streamlined and allows us to circulate reminders with ease. It also gives you a big picture view of all bookcases a single contact is attached to which is very helpful. The system is very intuitive and simple to use. It is great in meeting when I want to send messages to the Chair if they have for example missed an agenda item and I can just send them a message through the system. I would highly recommend this system. The customer service is extremely speedy too. If I have ever sent a query to the customer service inbox I usually receive a reply within the hour. **What do you dislike about Board Intelligence?** There is nothing to dislike about the system. The annotation function is a very handy feature for board members to share comments. In terms of support, it is first class! all support requests have been answered in an extremely quick and professional manner. The easy drag and dropping of files makes it quicker and more efficient to send out reports and packs. I am rating the new improvements to the app and website - especially now that you do not have to press the enter key for it to save. I have been at the business for about 2years and being it my first job, it has been really easy to implement BI into my general tasks and using almost as a library to acknowledge all we have done over time, it is really easy to pull out packs instead of using our normal method of file searching on File Explorer. We are currently having an Audit Trail and BI has been of extreme help pulling information out and providing to our Auditors. **What do you dislike about Board Intelligence?** I would appreciate if there was a way that the paper titles were longer than 40 characters - I know it feels impossible to fit it all onto the bookcase cover, but if something even increasing a few more characters would mean that they are easier to find considering if we have multiple reports to send out in a day; often we will have to shorten down words for them all to fit, i.e calling Reports "Rpts" and they are going out to the NEDs. **What problems is Board Intelligence solving and how is that benefiting you?** Standardised agendas - everything is the same. It is our main channel for sending out minutes and is much more secure than sending over email as we do not need to redact minutes for review - especially private sessions. It saves you the time it used to take to add attachments to emails if you did not have a board software system. It is unfussy and clear. **What do you dislike about Board Intelligence?** A minor quibble but the numbering of sub items by BI does cause some confusion. You get there in the end but you're never quite sure how. **What problems is Board Intelligence solving and how is that benefiting you?** It enables the creation of packs electronically which has saves me so much time. Trustees like it. Fantastic onboarding team and follow up support is quick and effective. **What do you dislike about Board Intelligence?** To date, I cannot think of anything except to say perhaps that compared to other products in the market, it may have fewer capabilities. But it is a board portal, and as a board portal compared to other products out there, it is the best! **What problems is Board Intelligence solving and how is that benefiting you?** Elimination of paperwork having to be circulated via email but also the improved presentation of the paperwork which is now so easy to access. Access to the app via mobile, tablet and laptop is very helpful. **What do you dislike about Board Intelligence?** There are two ways to navigate within a file, either through scrolling or navigating from the control panel. This isn't as clear on mobile but once found it is easy to do.
