This has saved time and built capacity in my Cosec Team, saved review time with the Boards and increased our effectiveness. BI dedicated a team and trainers to help launch the product in our business. There is a constant support team availbale 24/7. This has become a crucial and daily tool of our team. BI is helpful in consulting us in road map of development and taken on board our suggestions. In the three years we have used the product, the only significant issue was a backend reporting. What do you dislike about Board Intelligence? There’s a bit of a learning curve initially, especially for users unfamiliar with structured reporting. What problems is Board Intelligence solving and how is that benefiting you? We used to spend days compiling board reports that were dense and hard to digest. Now, our board papers are concise, strategic, and aligned with our organizational goals. It saves assembling paper copies, and makes it easier to update papers or add papers at a later date and republish.
