This is especially valuable when it comes around the preparing the s.172 statement. The agenda planner is also super helpful, being able to drag and drop agenda items from previous years and meetings to create a new agenda and see a schedule of items on the screen for future planning purposes has been very useful to me. It is very easy to use and reliable. If this could be extended to Windows devices that would be super helpful **What problems is Board Intelligence solving and how is that benefiting you?** - our key stakeholders hated the GUI and complained about the ease of use with our old board management software (Diligent Boards) - they also complained about having to type in a username/password each time on our old software. It present information clearly to the users and allows a large amount of storage for past information to be accessed. They have developed it over the years and the use of adding your own columns on agendas has been really beneficial for us. Customer support is always really responsive, if I email with a query I will be waiting no longer than 30minutes for a response and the issue is always rectified. **What do you dislike about Board Intelligence?** I think a few more shortcuts could be used when preparing agendas to make the process faster, we also struggle with printing certain pages from our downloaded PDF packs which means we have to log into BIQ every time we want to print a specific paper. **What problems is Board Intelligence solving and how is that benefiting you?** It allows information to be accessed in one place by the Board and also other Board/Committee members.
