The drag-and-drop interface saves me hours each week and it makes preparing board packs much simpler and more efficient, which saves a lot of time and effort. The platform is also very well received by our directors, which is a huge advantage. Another major upside is the support team - they are always extremely responsive and efficient in helping with any queries, and Michael Kuti in particular has been especially helpful. There is very little to dislike about Board Intelligence. Overall, the platform is intuitive and works very well for our needs. If anything, as with any system, there can be a slight learning curve when first getting started, but the responsive support team makes that process very smooth. I like that Board Intelligence is easy to use, and all the information is in one secure area. I appreciate the agenda function, as it's easy to access and navigate through board papers. I like to use the arrows on my keyboard, but it doesn't always work very well. It's just a bit slow. It scrolls down instead of just moving from page to page. When I click the down arrow, I would like it to move to the next page unless the view is so high that I can't see the full page.
