Some of the features seem as though a technical person/team designed them without a regular, day-to-day user testing them and giving input - for example, setting up a campaign and then setting up a "trigger" just seems a little clunky and not intuitive. Some things are difficult to figure out without having to call help or put in a ticket. Also, I was told ahead of time that it could interface with our LOS software. but was not told that it would be a monthly fee associated with it. There are many things we love about BNTouch. First of all we love the portal that we have for our clients. Also the ability for our assistant to have her own account and be able to make tasks for her to do on specific client files. Really like the dashboard with our daily tasks, makes it easy to come in and know what our day looks like. Overall I have never seen another CRM that comes close to the features this one has. We wish that it was easier to send to larger groups of people. Sometimes we find it glitchy when we send to 10k+ contacts. Also wish that there was more creativity allotted for making emails.
