There's really not an answer for this as the company fixed it for me immediately. I will mention that the difficulty is in setting up the account, especially if you are computer savvy or have a lot of time. You must think outside the box when you get into this as you much reach out to the staff if you get in this pickle, you will be amazed at the responses that you get from them. I reached out to assess this issue that i ran into immediately, and they responded super fast and jumped in to become overly helpful. I was impressed. You don't see many negative reviews about this company online. They average an extremely high rating and I don't see that ever coming down any time in the near future. Lack of post-implementation support. I have tried for the last week to talk to someone about adding text and calling functionality to my subscription, but no one has helped me. A guy named Henry replied to my e-mail, after I called and got no return phone call, and then called once when i was on the phone taking a mortgage application. I have called him back every day, at least once a day, and my calls are not being answered or returned.

A couple of the guys in my office are using Whiteboard CRM and I gotta tell ya', when they call Whiteboard, their calls are answered or returned. They were assigned a success coach when they started using Whiteboard who showed them how to use the whole system to support their business. Why doesn't BNTouch provide something like this? I was left to figure the system out on my own using YouTube videos and online instructions for completing a task, but there are no resources for using the entire system as a whole.

The user guide and instructional videos effectively demonstrate how to accomplish a task, but not how to use the system. For example, clear instructions are given for putting a Mortgage into a group, but there is nothing explaining why I should put them into a group or what the groups do.
