I love the the layout, which makesit easy to navigate. I love the multi-functions like the ability to make calls, send SMS and trackyour own calls and emails inside their tracker. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love the features and robust cababilities for the price it is offered at. Customer service always responds promptly as well should you run into issues or questions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The user interface could be a little better but then again it is a lot of bells and whistles packed in a box so I understand this isn't as feasible as I'd like Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There have been a few bugs with updates that have caused some unwanted messages to occur. The text message charging is high but I am not sure that is on them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

All features actually work! I have dealt with MANY different CRM systems and have had massive issues with others. Bntouch system just works! Super easy to use, customizable, and just awesome. The support staff is top notch especially KEELY!! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that I can send out mass emails and campaigns that keep me in touch with cliwnts and referral partners with more automation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BNTouch Mortgage CRM?

I disliked that the campaigns are run based on when the person was entered into the database. It made for a confusing campaign for what purpose I needed, which is why I switched to mostly just sending emails rather than campaigns. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
