i think a lot of the platform features but some are not very user friendly. the profile for agents is great and easy for them to use. i love the property site features but it can really use some work as some of the features do not work as well as don't make sense. The only thing that I do not like about BNTouch is that I cannot turn on and off automated touches for each client. It seems that I either have to have it on for everyone on the list or no one on the list. This makes for some awkward moments when the CRM is not completely up to date. Bntouch just works! Its easy to use, easy to integrate from their support team and or Zapier. Easy to upload clients, the webform builder makes it integrate seemlessly through your sites.
