I also appreciate the suggested selling feature because it helps us identify additional products for each customer. It creates a single source of truth with optimized sequences and live updates for drivers, which leads to fewer emergency support calls and much faster cycles for my clients. The time mapping and route optimization cut down windshield time drastically and track every stop with precise ETAs, so drivers are always up to date. Our routes hadn’t changed in three years, so some of our high-volume chain accounts were ending up randomly placed at the end of the sequence and receiving late deliveries. The Route Planner solved this for us. It takes into account custom delivery windows, real dwell times, and account value to sequence stops in a much more sensible order. In our industry, the distribution is not very predictable, especially with frequent promotions, SKU changes, etc. so this resulted in confusion in routing and a lot of manual coordination. For us, bMobile helps us handle these challenges. We can adjust routes and keep things moving quite easily. Dispatch and truck inventory visibility has also improved.
