It provides a shared cloud-native foundation for the Helix suite — identity, integrations, services, and multi-tenant operations in one stack.

Platform depth and ecosystem dependency can create complexity and a sense of vendor lock-in.

**What problems is BMC Helix Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves tool fragmentation by giving Helix apps a common base for integration, scale, and operations instead of bolting products together one by one.
