What I like best about BMC Helix Operations Management with AIOps is how it helps us focus on the alerts that actually matter. In our environment, there were often multiple alerts generated for the same underlying issue, and the event correlation significantly reduced that noise. It made it easier to identify the likely root cause, prioritize incidents, and respond more quickly without spending time investigating duplicate or related alerts. One area that could be improved is the amount of tuning needed during the initial rollout. We spent time refining event correlation rules and alert thresholds to reduce unnecessary noise and ensure the right incidents were being highlighted.
