BMC providing exceptional features is still costly which most clients are unable to afford. With more and more competition, there are competitors providing products at a significant lower cost. The caviat is between features and cost. Also, most competition are using discovery tools for Cloud Migration assessment which BMC does not provide features for. BMC Discovery also analyzes and checks the changes in software and hardware components. I also like that it does not require the user to have advanced knowledge, and that the installation and use of the software is accessible to most people (with minimal computer knowledge, of course). All communications are made through secure connections, to ensure that the security of the company is not compromised. **What do you dislike about BMC Helix Discovery?** It is a frankly good program, and I would not know how to improve it. At the same time, reliability, time saving with fast, secure mapping. The automation of virtual discovery at times makes it really useful also the dependency relations on the available assets in the data center. On the whole, I would love to have this seen on my work environment. **What do you dislike about BMC Helix Discovery?** Since we deal with large amounts of data, its necessary that we have large disk space, but Comparably the disk Storage seems to be less and cannot accommodate more than 2 TB which has be improved.
