Operates in the background on my device and I never have any indication it has crashed or has errors.

There is nothing about this program I dislike.

**What problems is BMC Helix Client Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am unaware what exactly this does on my laptop, but it came downloaded with the software. I believe it allows our IT to remote into our computers.
