I also liked the visibility it provided, as it was straightforward to track request status, identify bottlenecks, and ensure requests moved through the right teams without constant follow-ups. **What do you dislike about BMC Helix Business Workflows?** One area that could be improved is the experience of building and maintaining more complex workflows. While the platform offers a lot of flexibility, configuring multi-step approvals, task dependencies, and business rules can take time and requires a good understanding of the workflow designer.
