The UI is set up well; a lot of systems like this often have an interface that feels outdated, but this one, in my opinion, keeps up and feels current. **What do you dislike about BMC AMI Ops?** I can't think of anything real that I dislike compared to our old system. It performs well, and integrates into our system nicely. **What problems is BMC AMI Ops solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our company has most of the components enabled so the product health lets us know a lot about what systems we need to switch out.
