The Blytheco team is incredibly resourceful and experienced, and I can count on them for all things ERP, big and small. They are the real deal, they genuinely care that we get what our business needs. **What do you dislike about Blytheco?** There's nothing I dislike. Blytheco usually meets or exceeds my expecatations, and when they don't they quickly make up for it. Nobody's perfect, and there's nothing I would say I dislike about Blytheco. **Recommendations to others considering Blytheco:** Blytheco is the third Acumatica VAR we have worked with, the other two were smaller companies and less expensive. I don't like paying more for anything, but the value Blytheco provides has proven worth it. No offense intended to anyone but I would never go with a smaller VAR again; you may think you're saving a buck and a smaller company can give more attention but that was not always the case for us. Blytheco has a deep bench, good connections, resources, and they are always attentive. **What problems is Blytheco solving and how is that benefiting you?** Blytheco solves every ERP problem we have. They are our help and support, they help us upgrade to stay current, and they help us make the right choices for our business when we want to expand functionality. ### 11. They are very attentive, especially when urgent matters come up. They have been good to help us learn where we can do different things ourselves, but also able to help with the more complex needs where a true expert is neeeded. **What do you dislike about Blytheco?** Because Blytheco does so well at implementations, they seem to stay pretty busy. Because of this, they have at times struggled to get the low priority items done timely. On the other hand, remember this is because they are putting highest priority things as top priority. **What problems is Blytheco solving and how is that benefiting you?** Blytheco has been a partner with us for over 20 years across multiple products. We implemented a new ERP system about 3 years ago with the help of Blytheco. They did a great job with the transition as they were experts in both the old system and the new system. We continue to use Blytheco to support us when needed for further tweaks to the system to help us learn to help ourselves as a company. ### 13. They were a great resource when transitioning some prior customizations that needed to be reworked. Our consultant has been working with our whole team to make them more comfortable with several processes and prepping for a move to MRP and other manufacturing needs and tools. ### 15.
