I like the ease of setup when we first got started. Blumira support staff is available and ready to answer any questions or concerns I had. As of this review, the interface could use a facelift, however, when I spoke to the Account Exec., she allowed me to talk with the lead developer with my ideas and suggestions on how to improve the interface and what data would be useful. It solves the problem of being a small company and not having a full-time security staff, Blumira is checking event logs for me and alerts us to potential problems.
