What do you like best about BlueVolt LMS?

That they are small, based in the US and the support is too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BlueVolt LMS?

I had to think about this, because I don't think anything is so bad there ins't a reasonable workaround. maybe I've been abused by other LMS's or maybe I have Stockholm syndrome, not sure but nothing is bad, its all the good side of normal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering BlueVolt LMS:

Give them a shot, I've used many different LMS's and for learning not related to higher ED they are my favorite. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is BlueVolt LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?

I'm using Bluevolt to deliver product training to sales and customer care. The way this LMS allows me to syndicate my classes is amazing. We only sell via 3rd party distributor and I am able to share my classes and knowledge while maintaining reporting and ownership with other organizations in ways no other LMS makes possible. "Industry Specific; Gets the Job Done"

What do you like best about BlueVolt LMS?

I love the customer service. They respond quickly and know me by name. If they can't figure it out, they will escalate the issue to their developers. They are helpful and geniunely go the extra mile. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BlueVolt LMS?

I dislike the fact that the system isn't as sophisticated as others. One example is the reporting. Once you run a report, you almost have to be an Excel guru to extract the exact information you need. There is a lot of manipulating in Excel with most of my reports, although they do have a few standard reports. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering BlueVolt LMS:

This LMS is industry-specific. The Electrical industry. Therefore, it us tailored and that's how courses are able to be shared. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Managing our employees' training records as well as our courses--instructor-led and online. The benefits are that we are able to update our training, share courses with others that use BlueVolt and upload 3rd party courses as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The reporting limitations you mentioned have been a concern for other Customers - so you will be excited to see the upgraded reporting features we are rolling out beginning in January 2018! We have spent many hours listening to our Customers and dedicating development resources to boost the built-in reporting capabilities. On the way through the end of Q2 are new reporting widgets, comparison charts, segmentation, and open API widgets so you can report on what is important to the business and visualize learning data to achieve business goals. We hope that these improvements will enhance your experience on the BlueVolt LMS - and please share your thoughts on these features in the reporting Dashboards as they roll out in beta. :-)
