Emily Bell reached out to me about an open position for my preferred job title in my ideal industry! She was warm and very informed about the job details and description. Give them a test run with a role. They'll show you how hard they work and give you the confidence to do more with them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Blueprint Expansion solving and how is that benefiting you?

The challenge was finding high-quality candidates for our marketing team. It was hard to source high-quality candidates in this competitive market. I also spent a lot of time interviewing candidates who were not qualified or not a good cultural fit. Chuck and the Blueprint team did a great job sourcing candidates and screening them before they came to us. Immediately after two weeks, we had about 8 candidates who were screened and already higher quality than the majority of candidates we interviewed before them. These interviews were not a waste of time. Chuck also did a great job being transparent with us throughout the entire process which really helped us find the right candidate. Lastly, I appreciated working with Chuck because he's been a revenue leader before and has had to hire and build similar teams. His ability to identify what makes a good candidate is much stronger than your average recruiter who has not had to hire for these roles themselves. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
