In addition to what I mentioned above, one thing that stands out about the Blueprint team is the time they invest in their candidates. This isn't necessarily tied to a formal process, but also outside. They take pride and passion in upskilling candidates (through group sessions, training and resources), especially career switchers who want to uplevel their knowledge base and skills so they (candidates) can make informed decisions based on strengths and weaknesses. Off the top of my head, there isn't anything I dislike. I encourage more employers, whether looking to outsource recruiting or not...To take an initial call with Blueprint to understand their strategy and how they work alongside employers to source quality candidates.
