At times there was almost too much communication for one internal recruiter to manage - multiple different slack channels with various AE teams/direct outreach to hiring teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Blueprint Expansion solving and how is that benefiting you?

Blueprint Expansion helped my team in a period of rapid Account Executive hiring. Blueprint was quick to support our sourcing and screening efforts in the two markets in which we hire, and was able to place 13 hires with us. I've used agencies before and have had mixed emotions and sub par results nearly everytime. Blueprint was fundementally different. They focus on G2M, they listened to the type of person we were looking for, understood the types of background they'd ideally have, and delivered a list of candidates with exactly that.
