Not much - they did exactly what they said they would do. I never like having to pay for recruiting, but thats the world they live in. What do you like best about Blueprint Expansion?

The communication from the Blueprint Expansion team was on point and complete. They have a process that we followed throughout the interview stage that helped us clearly hone in on the most important criteria. This took us another level down in our evaluation in finding the rright candidates in a pool of right candidates!

Blueprint set us up for success by doing the majority of the work on the front end and they understood fully what we needed for our organization. That work up front made the entire proces come together flawlessly.
