Chuck and his team at Blueprint are fantastic!! They set the precedent for all recruiting agencies in the tech space. Right from the gecko it was transparent communication and speedy responses regarding the hiring process. I was coached and given constructive feedback that I will carry with me throughout the rest of my career. If I needed anything (even if it was just bouncing an idea off someone), I knew I could rely on Chuck to respond and provide honest and thorough advice. The team brings a lot of experience to the table that is complemented by their intuition, work ethic, and networks. This makes them very dynamic with a lot of value to add beyond sourcing. In roles where we knew what we were looking for they brought a lot of qualified candidates to the table quickly. In roles where we didn't quite know exactly what we needed, they were a very thoughtful partner who helped us map out what we needed.
