What I like most is the legal defensibility of the evidence. Our counsel previously refused to act on manual screenshots because they could be edited, but BluePear provides a redirect chain, device fingerprint, timestamp, and screenshot. That chain of evidence holds up when we send cease-and-desist letters. We've terminated 7 affiliate agreements this year on BluePear packages with zero pushback from the affiliates. I also really like the workflow status. Our team operates across 3 European countries, and everyone knows which violations are being handled and who owns each case, so there's no duplicate work. The dashboard gives me full navigation. It integrates with Jira for case tracking and Slack for real-time alerts, and BluePear pushes violations directly to both. I appreciate Bluepear for accuracy and cost efficiency. Semrush and similar web provide sampled data: how often competitors bid on my terms. Bluepear told me exactly when it happened, what the ad said, and where it redirected. Bluepear captured twice as many as other tools, which is saving us money. They have automated monitoring 24/7 and provide actionable intelligence. Before I had some estimates and no proof, I could not justify budget changes based on sampled data. Now we use timestamped ad snapshots with the paid media team, and we can adjust and be more agile. Our branded click share imporved by 22% since we started using Bluepear. The dashboard is easy to understand, showing competitor information, violations by domain, and details about bidding aggressiveness, keywords targeted, and vulnerable periods. I can tell who's more aggressive, when, what keywords they target, what periods are most vulnerable (months, calendar events, high season and low season). This helped our strategy too: if a competitor ramps up brand bidding, we increase our defensive bid on that keyword. The initial setup was super easy and quick, with no need for IT support. They're really good at masking redirects, and a normal browser never shows the truth, but BluePear strips the disguise and shows the real URL, ID, and redirect path. The free trial was great because it let us test on our actual keywords, and we saw the results, which gave us confidence to upgrade. Issues that used to take weeks now take days because we show up with everything the network needs, and our requests are taken seriously immediately.
