We tried the solution mostly to use it as an effective way of communication and calendaring among engineering, operational, and compliance teams working in fintech delivery workflows. At first glance, the usability and user experience became noticeable. As far as I can say, the platform offered a comfortable and elegant UI/UX design. However, one of the most valuable features was its flexibility in terms of controlling the infrastructure and managing the data. When working with financial technologies in regulated environments, the ability to deploy infrastructure yourself and have more control over the processes becomes very important. Thus, compared to fully dependent SaaS solutions, the Bluemind platform was much more convenient. The ability to effectively collaborate in calendars and schedule meetings also came in handy when working in different projects requiring collaboration of distributed teams during product release planning, operational reviews, and incident management discussions. At the same time, there were no problems with performance despite heavy traffic of internal communication and scheduling events. **What do you dislike about Bluemind?** Another disadvantage of BlueMind for us was that even though the system itself was robust and reliable, certain aspects of the user experience seemed somewhat lacking compared to enterprise-level collaboration systems. For example, while coordinating across various departments such as engineering, operations, and compliance, we found that the basic email and calendar features were reliable, but the design and usability of the platform sometimes lagged behind in terms of providing a seamless and cutting-edge collaborative environment. Users who were familiar with sophisticated communication systems found this less intuitive at first. A drawback was also that integration capabilities were not as flexible. Simple integrations were easily accomplished, but as we required deeper levels of automation and collaboration beyond standard tools, we found that this wasn't as easy compared to other cloud-based communication solutions. **What problems is Bluemind solving and how is that benefiting you?** With BlueMind, we addressed one of our critical problems regarding communication control, collaboration reliability, and internal messaging infrastructure without being too dependent on third-party fragmented solutions. In our case, the engineers, operations, compliance, and other teams were collaborating via several different communication channels. This resulted in challenges such as inconsistencies in scheduling, scattered communications, and lack of transparency regarding operational communications workflow. Additionally, there was an increasing demand to have better data governance and control over internal collaboration solutions while performing fintech compliance activities. By means of Bluemind, we managed to consolidate all emails, calendars, contacts, and internal collaboration in one more controllable place. One of the operational advantages that we gained through using this tool was increased efficiency of discussions during the preparation and handling of releases, compliance reviews, and incidents. ### 2. Another thing we use a lot is the digital calendar to schedule meetings and send tasks to colleagues on the scheduled day.
