Recommendations to others considering BlueMail:
BlueMail is one of the easiest apps to use and maintain that I've found to date. Having previously spent my career in technology, when I find a solution that does what I need it to do, in a simple and straightforward way, that saves me time (and thus money), I consider it a win. Switching to BlueMail was a win. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What problems is BlueMail solving and how is that benefiting you?
My professional life has me traveling, often. When I'm unable to use a laptop, I need my mail to work simply, reliably, and with features that allow me to prioritise and respond to messages quickly and with clarity. BlueMail does this in a few ways.
I have more than one email address, from more than one provider, used for business. BlueMail allows me to coordinate all of my professional mail, across providers, in one place. The availability of both segregated and unified inbox views allows me to look at my mail at a glance, in different configurations.
My Microsoft Outlook based email address requires me to change my password every 90 days. Configuring a mail app to access that account can sometimes be problematic when connected to a slower, or less reliable internet connection. For this reason, having to recreate a mail account every time my password changes, can leave me without access for hours, or days. BlueMail also allows me the ease of password update by changing a single piece of authentication information in the settings, rather than forcing me to recreate the entire account every time. This means more consistent access regardless of internet quality.
I don't always need my entire message history available, nor do I always want thousands of emails accessible on my mobile device. BlueMail allows me to adjust the sync history to suit my needs, as they change. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
