"Great on Android, terrible on Windows desktop"
1.5/5
What do you like best about BlueMail?

On Android, it is fast, reliable, and relatively bug-free. It has the "MagicSync" option that allows you to sync accounts between devices without setting them up manually on a new device. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BlueMail?

On Windows, the app is massively buggy, slow, a massive CPU and resource hog, and hangs several times a day. Support is nonexistent since they do not respond to emails. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Overall capabilities are decent - has flaws"
3/5
What do you like best about BlueMail?

The variety of access methodologies (EAS, EWS, IMAP and POP) is strong

It is a relatively clean not technically trying UI, good for a novice Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BlueMail?

While the UI is simple and clean, it lacks access to the details that can be required if things aren't quite working right.

It is quite slow compared to some of its contemporaries, such as Outlook, emClient, Mailbird and/or Thunderbird. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"THIS IS BEST SERVICE FOR MAIL LIKE OUTLOOK."
3.5/5
What do you like best about BlueMail?

FATCHING AND COMMUNICATION SERVICE IS GOOD AND FAST.ONE CAN GET MAILS IN VERY FEW SECONDS. FURTHERMORE, WE CAN ADD VERY LARGE ATTACHMENT FILES FROM BLUE MAIL TO BLUEMAIL USER WITH LINK. SO ADDITION OF OTHER THIRD PARTY APPS ARE REDUCED.THE USER INTERFACE OF THIS SOFTWARE IS VERY EASY. ONE CAN GET USED TO VERY EASY. MOREOVER BLUEMAIL SOFTWARE IS AVAILABLE ON MY ANDROID MOBILE SO I CAN USE IT ON THE GO AND CAN GET IN TOUCH WITH MY COLLEAGUES VERY EASILY. AND THERE IS ALSO OPTION FOR QUICK ACCESS TO CHANGE QUICKLY ACCOUNT. I USE OUTLOOK,GMAIL AND MY COMPANY MAIL ON SAME BLUE MAIL SOFTWARE. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BlueMail?

IT TAKES TOO MUCH TIME FOR SYNC SO GETTING MAIL IS HACTIC. SOMETIMES IT TAKES TOO MUVH TIME TO GET MAIL OR SHOWS ERROR. SO IT'S QUITE BAD FOR BEGINNERS. SIGNING UP IS LONG PROCESS SO ONE CAN BE IRRITATED AND DROPS IN BETWEEN. SIGNING UP IS TIME CONSUMING, SO IT'S DRAWBACK FOR BUSY PEOPLE, THERE SHOULD BE OPTION FOR QUICK SETUP TO ADD EMAIL ACCOUNT. "Great E-Mail client to manage multiple accounts"
4.5/5
What do you like best about BlueMail?

BlueMail has a nice and clean user interface that is easy to navigate through and well organized. It offers a calender for keeping track of your appointments which is well made and easy to manage. Personally i also really love dark themes so that feature is also really nice to have. Push actualization mostly works like a charm, also on your mobile phone. It also seems to drain less battery then other similar apps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BlueMail?

The clustering feature sometime does not do it's job, so you have to manually organize some mails. But otherwise it is a really good software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Best Email Client app for all types of email accounts including IMAP and POP3."
5/5
What do you like best about BlueMail?

The best things about BlueMail is it supports all types of email accounts including both personal email accounts and business email accounts. It supports most of the popular Webmail accounts and also supports accounts with IMAP and POP3. The process to integrate email accounts with BlueMail is really very fast and easy. The user interface of BlueMail is beautiful and easy to understand for a newbie. With BlueMail, I can use so many email accounts including my Personal email accounts and business email account at a single time very smoothly. The sending and receiving of emails is very fast and doesn't require a very fast internet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BlueMail?

BlueMail always works fine for me but when I sync my email accounts to show emails from more than 30 days, it starts consuming more memory and Internet bandwidth which results in certain crashes and performance issues. But I can get rid of this easily buy using a device with more RAM and faster internet connection. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Reliable App for Accessing Mail for Multiple Accounts"
4.5/5
What do you like best about BlueMail?

The best part about BlueMail is its simplicity. There are many other apps available but most of them make the experience of using multiple accounts tedious. The basic size of the app is also small. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BlueMail?

Blue Mail does not provide an option of clearing the memory occupied by old mails. This becomes an issue if there is a shortage of memory space and lots of email come in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy to use email application. Outlook alternative."
4.5/5
What do you like best about BlueMail?

The app has ActiveSync capability, some other free apps do not seem to support this. Definitely a good Outlook app alternative. You can set a Do Not Disturb for a certain day/time range. You can have multiple accounts within the same app. Using ActiveSync it will sync your calendar and contacts, other apps use just IMAP and so it only syncs emails. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BlueMail?

There are some reviews on the app about the developer possibly routing credentials through their servers. When I tested this it did not seem to be the case but its a possibility. Also, the notifications and the clustering feature are a bit clunky. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Lots of accounts in one place"
5/5
What do you like best about BlueMail?

Since I have many business, I manage many mail account and BlueMail helps me working with all of them in one place. BlueMail is fast, organized, easy to use and configure, also the Night Mode is very elegant. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BlueMail?

Well, sometimes I have sync issues together with Outlook (PC) but not very often, I believe it has something to do with the IMAP outgoing ports. Also it took me a while to know where I could place an image at "signature", but finally I could, and one different for each mail account. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
