"Video meetings made easier"

What do you like best about BlueJeans Rooms?

The integration that BlueJeans Rooms offers in terms of scheduling has been one of my favourite functions in using this product. BlueJeans Rooms allowed me to seamlessly create a meeting schedule using Microsoft and Google calendar which was very handy because it provided so much flexibility and convenience for me to easily reserve rooms for ad-hoc and schedule meetings.

I liked that BlueJeans Rooms is very easy to deploy since we were able to use our IT department expertise only and that did not even take them a lot of time and the product was up running. More so it features diagnostic features that make it very easy to track any issues hence it is very easy maintenance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BlueJeans Rooms?

The downside in my experience with this product was occasional video lagging which resulted in video and audio going out of sync, we tried video interoperability using products like Microsoft Teams and others but that did not solve much. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering BlueJeans Rooms:

I recommend this if anyone considering this product is looking for a product that can save costs and also the product offers so much flexibility that allows users to work with other products that are not BlueJeans. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is BlueJeans Rooms solving and how is that benefiting you?

Deployment and maintenance costs were our main problems before we introduced this product in our organisation we had to rely on third-party assistance which was very expensive. BlueJeans Rooms has been very beneficial since it is very easy to set up and also it features diagnostics which we relied on to carry out our inhouse maintenance process hence it has been very beneficial by saving us costs. What do you like best about BlueJeans Rooms?

i like that Bluejeans can accommodate very large groups of people. i like that it has features including requiring everyone be invisible/muted Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about BlueJeans Rooms?

How it syncs to my calendar, and I can use it on multiple platforms. I love that it makes joining a meeting very easy and I can do it from my phone or laptop, and uses low bandwidth Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BlueJeans Rooms?

I hate how glitchy it can sometimes be. Sometimes joining the same room actually means joining two different rooms even if the link is the same. I have seen this happen multiple times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering BlueJeans Rooms:

It is a good solution to zoom's room time limit, but expect bugs. Refreshes will help a lot. I recommend opening the app and closing it when you encounter a bug like this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is BlueJeans Rooms solving and how is that benefiting you?

It is replacing Zoom and does not have short time limits which is nice. We can sync together calendar invites, making joining any meeting a breeze and easy (within seconds). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about BlueJeans Rooms?

My favorite feature would be the Highlight option, I think it's really interesting and could be improved, it's really helpful for us. I like the recording option and the chat. It was a great add the option of breakout groups. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BlueJeans Rooms?

I honestly don't know how to put a background, something so simple. And sometimes you're forced to join a meeting with the camera on, which I also don't think it's necessary. It could have some other interactive tools, like drawing on the screen. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering BlueJeans Rooms:

Bluejeans is a very good tool for any video interaction, be it a meeting or an online class. You can have stability in your video call even when your connection is not stable and this is one of the strong points of the product, in my opinion. Easy to understand, user-friendly, and also allows you to record your meetings in high quality, which is very useful for training. You can see several people at once, which is very useful for meetings in large groups. You can create sub-groups within large meetings, which is extremely useful for dynamic, collaborative projects. I have been using it almost daily for over a year now and there is nothing to complain about, it reliably does everything it promises and is the best tool for video calls, in my opinion. In my team, we used for recording the training for new employees. Recording the shadowings and the routines through Bluejeans meetings really improved our processes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
