What do you dislike about Bluehost?

Speeds. Managed hosting is expensive, and shared hosting can eat at speeds, affecting SEO. Speeds. The back end always feels like they are trying to upsell you on someting. Speeds - like using cable for internet - when everyone's on, it is sloooooooow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Hassle free Hosting with excellent tech support"

What do you like best about Bluehost?

I am so very pleased with Bluehost's tech support. I just recently got more involved in the website process of how it all works in the "back end". I had no idea of the components, where they were, what they were and most of all how to trouble shoot issues that we were having. I was able to get a friendly, kind, courteous tech support rep who took the time out to help me and answer all my questions in a way that I could really understand. Then the support rep recommended Blue Sky which is an additional support service where a tech support takes me step by step in figuring out the solutions to my website problems, by going on my screen and showing me directly how to correct the issue. I am so very happy with this that it makes it easier for me and I am now more efficient when I am working on our website. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I chose Bluehost because their services integrate with Wordpress.org, and I was able to easily host my site with them. Their sign-up process is fairly quick and setup does not take previous knowledge in website hosting. If I did not know the answer to a question, I was able to quickly search the question and answer forums and find the answer.
