The tool does just about everything you are looking for from a PSA perspective. It also have a free mobile app that is a great help. Reports and dashboards are fairly intuitive to create and it also allows for customization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about BlueFolder? Biggest draw back is that it does not integrate with Salesforce, but I am guessing that that will change now that this company is now owned by Dell. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Recommendations to others considering BlueFolder: I would keep an eye on this tool as my hunch says that with Dell's backing, it will quickly grow into one of the top 5 PSA tools on the market.
