What do you like best about Bluedot?

I recently tried this audio transcribing AI tool with screen recording during the trial period, and I’m genuinely impressed. As someone working in sales, having accurate call transcripts and the ability to review screen recordings has been a game-changer for me. It helped me capture key customer insights, follow up more effectively, and even reflect on how I could improve my pitch.

The transcription is fast and surprisingly accurate, and the screen recording feature makes it easy to revisit complex conversations or product demos. It’s user-friendly and integrates smoothly into my daily workflow.

Highly recommend this tool to any sales professional looking to save time, stay organized, and close more deals. I’ll definitely be continuing with the full version! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bluedot?

One suggestion for improvement: if the language changes during a meeting (which often happens in international sales), it would be great if the AI could detect and adapt automatically to capture the correct words in real time. That would make it even more powerful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I find Bluedot incredibly easy to use and the most convenient tool available for my needs. What do you dislike about Bluedot?

I dislike that only five minutes can be recorded for free on Bluedot. It limits the usefulness of the recording feature unless I am willing to pay for a premium service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Convenient and User-Friendly with Reliable Speech Recognition"
5/5
What do you like best about Bluedot?

This product is quite convenient, with reliable speech recognition and a user-friendly interface that makes it easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bluedot?

The 'window' recording feature doesn't seem to capture non-browser applications, such as Microsoft Teams, so I have to rely on 'full screen' recording instead. This isn't a major problem for me, and it's possible that the functionality exists and I just haven't discovered it yet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Bluedot?

Bluedot stands out as a an intelligent partner for anyone who wants to think more clearly and work more efficiently. Bluedot doesn’t just record what you say - it understands what you mean.

From meetings and brainstorming sessions to personal reflections, Bluedot captures conversations with impressive accuracy and transforms them into structured, actionable notes. The real value lies in its context awareness - it can identify key points, summarize discussions, and even highlight follow-ups without missing the nuances that matter most.

What sets Bluedot apart is its balance of power and simplicity! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bluedot?

While Bluedot performs impressively in most situations, I’ve noticed that it occasionally struggles to capture certain words or phrases accurately - especially when clients use highly technical or industry-specific terminology. This doesn’t happen often, but in fast-paced or specialized conversations, a few terms may need to be corrected manually afterward.

That said, Bluedot’s overall transcription quality remains strong, and it continues to improve as it learns from usage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Bluedot is an outstanding software that has completely improved how our team works together. I really like that it can record video calls automatically without requiring a bot to join the meeting. Everything happens smoothly and without interruptions.

The interface is clean, intuitive, and very comfortable to use. It offers powerful features such as transcription, AI chat, templates, video recording, and great options for teamwork.

Since we started using Bluedot, our team productivity has grown incredibly. It is rare to find a tool that combines so many useful functions with such a pleasant user experience. I highly recommend it to any team that wants to communicate and collaborate more efficiently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bluedot?

There’s nothing major to dislike. A few times the quality of the recorded video was low, and I couldn’t clearly read the text on the screen. However, this happens very rarely and does not affect the overall great experience with the software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient, Time-Saving but Needs Transcript Precision"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Bluedot?

I appreciate how Bluedot saves me time during interviews by automating the note-taking process. It captures the discussions, which allows me to review and summarize them later without missing critical details. This efficiency is particularly valuable when I'm not familiar with technical subjects discussed by experts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bluedot?

I faced some challenges setting up Bluedot, particularly figuring out how to use it with Microsoft Teams. While setting up extensions was manageable, integrating it with Teams initially posed a problem until I worked more with the browser setup. Additionally, I find that Bluedot's transcripts could be more precise. This would significantly enhance my ability to review and summarize interviews accurately. "Simple, smart, and actually useful for meetings"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Bluedot?

I really like how Bluedot just works without getting in the way. It records my meetings and gives me clear summaries and action points without needing a bot in the call, which is a big plus. The Chrome extension is super handy, and it works well with Zoom, Teams, and Meet. It’s helped me stay on top of tasks and follow-ups without having to rewatch or dig through notes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bluedot?

Sometimes the speaker labels are a bit vague — like “Speaker A” and “Speaker B” — which makes it harder to track who said what. Also, it would be great to have more templates or formats depending on the type of meeting. A few more integrations with tools I already use would make it even better.
