**What do you like best about BlueDolphin?**

I especially like the ease with which it allows us to access the architecture of the company. BlueDolphin makes IT and architecture simple, simple tasks and very easily adaptable. It has a fairly good interface but its main attribute is flexibility, which allows the user to customize almost any task that is going to be performed, regardless of whether it is role-based or theme-based.

**What do you dislike about BlueDolphin?**

Sometimes it is necessary to have third parties, the different Microsoft applications tend to work very well, however, the necessary integration is not yet and tends to be very restrictive, it would be good to have a greater amount of software to obtain a much greater amount of services.

**Recommendations to others considering BlueDolphin:**

Without a doubt, I would tell you to attack the point of architecture from a moment and to use BlueDolphin for it since this tool will undoubtedly provide you with the necessary bases to achieve your objectives in a simple and effective way without losing sight of your goals and objectives and achieving every detail that is proposed.

**What problems is BlueDolphin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As for IT, it is one of the best available in the market, without a doubt, it offers very good services and has helped us above all with the commercial alignment BlueDolphin gives us great help in any part of the work but especially where we need it most.

**What do you like best about BlueDolphin?**

It's an application where it provides a grip on the application, This helped us in getting insights and connections between business processes, We use this in the ICT landscape.

**What do you dislike about BlueDolphin?**

Customer service can be improved. Sometimes it is difficult to integrate with other enterprise applications. So if made an improvement on customer experience for handling critical measures it could be better.

**What problems is BlueDolphin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We solved the different cases of template architecture models where it's easy to create. It supports a variety of techniques and standards. Using this tool increases our business.
