"Blucore tools and support second to none"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Bluecore?

By far the best part of using Bluecore is the product and account support we receive. Our dedicated success manager has been vital to keeping our positive growth going and we wouldn't be able to do this without them. The level of support we receive is better than any other 3rd party vendor we use. The amount and depth of features Bluecore has is important for us to be able to reach our customers with the right products and right messages. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bluecore?

The learning curve for using the system is somewhat steep, however that is expected with the amount of features and details you can go into. Having the success manager helps out with guiding us through using the system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Bluecore?

The platform is very easy to use and the Bluecore team is very responsive, helpful, and dedicated to their clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bluecore?

There are some small nuances between Bluecore and our previous ESP that I wish Bluecore had, such as a more direct view of changes in your database size. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Solid platform with much potential for growth and added features"
3/5
What do you like best about Bluecore?

Ai is a compelling and convenient component of BC. Ease of use. Audience building. Reporting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bluecore?

The platform is lacking many features with testing. Example: need split testing 80/20. Journey builder needs to be revamped and could be much more robust compared with competitors. VTE is sometimes unreliable, resulting in odd layouts across some platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great ESP with excellent customer algorithms"
5/5
What do you like best about Bluecore?

Bluecore's tech is fantastic. Their ability to pilot new tech and continue to support their old tech is excellent. We have several dozen trigger emails currently running on Bluecore. Some of our campaigns are (but not limited to): abandoned cart, abandoned browse, abandoned search, merchandising triggers, price drop, best sellers, post-purchase journey series, etc. Each one of our triggered emails that we have set up all perform very well. I appreciate the strategy that Bluecore helps provide with their benchmark standards and best practices. The Bluecore team knows their stuff and it shows. Brilliant software, brilliant employees, and they are hungry to provide best-in-class service to their clients. I also appreciate their pricing model as it is pay per click, not pay per send. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bluecore?

The UX is pretty intuitive to me - but my employees seem to have a hard time with the UX.

I also wish we had a little more support from the Bluecore team. We are a large company with multiple brands and run a very lean team. We don't have enough resources on our end to fully dive deep into the Bluecore platform -- sometimes we just need a quick point in the right direction to be on our way.

Sometimes the software is glitchy, which can be frustrating, but their support team is quick to respond and assist. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Bluecore helped us rapidly scale up our marketing automation capabilities."
4/5
What do you like best about Bluecore?

Bluecore is built with Ecommerce in mind and makes turning on the right marketing automation experiences easy. It comes with default settings that align with performance standards, and allows its users to implement advanced personalization techniques quickly with no coding required. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bluecore?

The platform is under heavy development and occasionally bugs are introduced. Loading speeds often seem quite slow. Unusual use cases often require custom development fees if that functionality wasn't planned as an 'out of the box' capability. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Awesome technology + people"
5/5
What do you like best about Bluecore?

The platform is really easy to integrate and use. The support team is awesome when you run into an issue, they're friendly and quick which isn't always something you see with a e-com SaaS support team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bluecore?

A lot of team members so it can get fragmented but always a helpful and eager team Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Improving Along Side Our Business"
4/5
What do you like best about Bluecore?

As a mid-size company, I am impressed that we can get the attention from Bluecore that say a "large" company would receive. Our efforts here are becoming more sophisticated and more automated, and they are willing to support us in our efforts as we grow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bluecore?

My initial contact with Bluecore and their pricing model made it such that we had some issues during the 2020 Pandemic year. These, however, were able to be resolved when we renewed our program. I was a little concerned at first with this model, but as we move forward it is becoming more comfortable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Strong Platform thats more than just an ESP"
5/5
What do you like best about Bluecore?

The data visualization is amazing - you are able to dig in to a singular user and see all of their activity including what emails they viewed, opened, did not open and what products they looked at. You can also see their CLV down to the day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bluecore?

I wish the categorization of creative and art assets was better. They are working on this now, I believe. I also wish you could "pause" your email build to go complete another task (like adding creative) and be able to go right back to it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
