"Blue core helps target customers but requires management"
4/5
What do you like best about Bluecore?

Bluecore has been helpful to use email campaigns (price decrease, new merchandise, abandon cart, etc.) to target and retarget customers. They provide analytics on the different tactics to understand conversion, unsubscribe rate, opens, etc. The data can also be exported and analyzed further. Recently, they have been proactive in recommending changes to the email campaign tactics and has made great suggestions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bluecore?

Their email reports often are not working, is missing information, or do not populate correctly so you have to go to the dashboard to pull accurate information. The dashboard itself however is great once you are logged into your user account. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
