## Bluecore Reviews
  ### 1. My Favorite Email Program

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Civic & Social Organization | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2021

**What do you like best about Bluecore?**

My favorite features for Bluecore are the easy-to-use interface, unique customer personalization, and seamless experience for email marketers. It's straightforward to navigate and schedule emails. Other programs are harder to use and customize an ideal customer experience. They can be very limited when it comes to customizing and schedulng mailings!

**What do you dislike about Bluecore?**

There's not much to dislike about this program! The only things I would mention are the small UI fonts, periodic scheduling glitches, and some analytic issues. On the main page, a recent update made the fonts on the page small. In the past, I've had to reschedule mailings when they have not shown up under the scheduled tab. Additionally, some of the revenue analytics do not seem to match other analytics and reporting. All of the above are minor issues that do not take away from the overall experience.

**What problems is Bluecore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My favorite part of Bluecore is connecting with the customer by showing them products they are likely to purchase and customizing their shopping experiences! It is very beneficial in creating personalized audiences and segments that can be personalized and customized to audience wants and needs. Without this program, I feel that I could not reach as many customers.

  ### 2. Make your email a breeze

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 08, 2020

**What do you like best about Bluecore?**

Bluecore has a user-friendly platform that makes email creation quick and painless. You can easily create an audience for any type of group you are looking to capture. Bluecore's CSM's are easy to work with and are willing to go above and beyond to help your company be successful. The triggered campaigns and smart content help cater to your customer's every need.

**What do you dislike about Bluecore?**

When we first started Bluecore they were partnered with JustUno for their pop-ups. That platform was easy to use and very easy to make adjustments and preview before launching. They now feature their own platform for pop-ups which is a little more difficult to use and not as easy to preview and make changes. There also seems to be a lot of turnover at the CSM area so its hard to build a relationship with your rep.

**Recommendations to others considering Bluecore:**

If it's in your budget Bluecore is a must for any marketing department. We are currently only using Bluecore for our triggered and blast campagins and as well as the onsite capture. Bluecore has other offerings that look very intriguing as well.

**What problems is Bluecore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bluecore is our go-to spot for triggered campaigns such as (abandoned carts, browse abandons, price drops, back in stock, low stock, etc.). Bluecore makes it easy to create well-targeted trigger campaigns that will boost your revenue in a snap. Bluecore utilizes its intelligent AI to help make the customer journey as personalized as possible.

  ### 3. Behavioral triggered emails with CMS and data models

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 17, 2021

**What do you like best about Bluecore?**

Informative and easy to use the platform to manage email campaigns

**What do you dislike about Bluecore?**

Data locked in the platofrm separate from other media channels

**What problems is Bluecore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Solving messaging individual customers based on site activity as opposed to batch and blast campaigns

  ### 4. An unbiased review of Bluecore

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 16, 2021

**What do you like best about Bluecore?**

The UI on the dashboard is excellent. It is easy to use and very insightful. We are easily able to make real-time decisions using the data the dashboard provides.

**What do you dislike about Bluecore?**

Bluecore does not offer managed services currently (they are working on it).

**What problems is Bluecore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Email is the largest driver of quality sessions to our site. Using Bluecore helps make them more productive.

  ### 5. Great personalization options and quick reporting

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Arts and Crafts | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 22, 2021

**What do you like best about Bluecore?**

I like how easy it is to set up dynamic product blocks to personalize each campaign.

**What do you dislike about Bluecore?**

We have had some struggles with the onboarding process with some integrations of our loyalty program and a few triggered emails. But it has been addressed, and the Bluecore team has been helpful.

**What problems is Bluecore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to tailor our campaigns to be more relevant to each subscriber with better dynamic product blocks. This is something we've always wanted to do to make each email more personalized to the customer.

  ### 6. Multiple time client!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mark F. | President E-Commerce, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 18, 2020

**What do you like best about Bluecore?**

Bluecore is easy to implement and easy to understand what they bring to the table. I have been able to implement their solution in two different brands and have interacted with them for two clients that had already implemented. They are able to drive measurable revenue in an easy to use platform. The team is talented, proactive and they truly want to help their clients.

**What do you dislike about Bluecore?**

The only real downside, and its not really a downside, its the challenge of managing your email communications through BC and your ESP, assuming that you are not using BC as your ESP. I would also suggest that BlueCore find other ways to help clients truly understand the incrementality of the revenue that is generated from their tools.

**Recommendations to others considering Bluecore:**

Kick the tires on the newer features that they bring to market. They started as a triggered email provider and now do much more. Although I have not implemented their new features, if they perform the way triggered emails do, then they will really help your business.

**What problems is Bluecore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are solving the challenge of not having been able to execute triggered email campaigns without having a tool like BlueCore. We are also using them to create audiences that can be used on google and other social media. We are also using selected audiences for one time sends to help better segment and target our email customers.

  ### 7. Easy to use tool, even for non-marketers.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 09, 2021

**What do you like best about Bluecore?**

Easy use with great targeting and personalization tools.

**What do you dislike about Bluecore?**

The downside is that loading times are slow.

**Recommendations to others considering Bluecore:**

It's a straightforward tool to use and has targeting, and personalization features out of the box.

**What problems is Bluecore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Problems: We need to re-login multiple times a day to Bluecore, and journeys only allow five splits.
Benefits: easy to access support.

  ### 8. A truly great platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Sporting Goods | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 10, 2021

**What do you like best about Bluecore?**

It is able to track customer behavior on our website far better than any other platform we were using. The product recommendation feature is also far superior than what we were already using in SFMC

**What do you dislike about Bluecore?**

Launch was a little disorganized and there is frequent turnover/organizational changes

**What problems is Bluecore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Marketing Cloud didn't have the best product recommendation platform and we wanted a better retention strategy to bring back potential customers who were visiting our site

  ### 9. User-friendly ESP with robust functionality

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 26, 2021

**What do you like best about Bluecore?**

Predictive data from customers' behaviors makes it easy to recommend their next best purchase on a personalized level without any internal data science team creating models or logic.

**What do you dislike about Bluecore?**

UI can be a little slow in the campaign builder.

**What problems is Bluecore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Campaigns are quick to execute with product recommendations and recipe rules targeted by breadcrumbs and categories on site.

  ### 10. Email, merchandise, customer analytics integration

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 27, 2021

Because the product is so encompassing is easy for parts of the product not to be maintained/optimized

Understand the goals and internal teams not just for initial implementation but for ongoing maintenance.

**What problems is Bluecore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tracking site activity for email subscriber
Sending triggered emails

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 30, 2021

**What do you like best about Bluecore?**

The AI engine takes a lot of the guesswork out of our daily email sends.

**What do you dislike about Bluecore?**

There isn't an easy integration with Shopify, so there is a lot of custom dev work, something they told us was not needed during their pitch for our business.

**What problems is Bluecore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Email engagement, increased open and click-through rates and revenue

  ### 12. Best ESP

Bluecore helped me reach audiences that I never thought to target

**What do you dislike about Bluecore?**

Honestly, everything about Bluecore is best-in-class across our tech stack

**What problems is Bluecore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having a complete view of our customer journeys and optimizing our communications through personalization. We have observed significant improvements in customer retention through lower unsubscribe rates, higher CTRs and better onsite conversion rates.

  ### 14. Bluecore makes it easy to achieve personalization at scale in a retail specific space.

**Reviewed by:** Natalia R. | Email & SMS Marketing Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

The platform is extremely user friendly and intuitive. They also have great customer success managers on hand to help you drive profitability with strategic workflows.

**What do you dislike about Bluecore?**

There's not much to dislike about Bluecore, however if I had to point something out it would be their current lack of SMS capabilities native to their platform.

**What problems is Bluecore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bluecore is helping Lokai achieve a higher level of personalization and allowing us to expand our trigger program, which will ultimately help us achieve our revenue goals for the year.

**What problems is Bluecore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Building audiences is not intuitive, metrics and analytics are skewed, email template builder is slow. Behavioral emails are effective, tech support is good and responsive

  ### 16. Career-long use of Bluecore across varied retail verticals

  ### 20. Complex Email Marketing Strategies, Simplified.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 18, 2020

**What do you like best about Bluecore?**

Bluecore allows our marketing team to execute data-driven campaigns with the least amount of friction that I have seen in over a decade working with various ESPs.

While it is true that the WYSIWYG email editor is easy to use, and the point-and-click audience builder is as straightforward as it gets (no SQL!), the true power of the platform, which is almost totally hidden from view on the frontend but very apparent when reviewing results, is the AI that drive triggers, recommendations, and email content.

**What do you dislike about Bluecore?**

For those considering Bluecore after years of using one of the legacy ESPs, they may feel that some legacy features
of those ESPs are marginalized in Bluecore, which focuses much more on their "new retail" approach.

**What problems is Bluecore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bluecore helps us send highly relevant messaging to subscribers, at scale. Moreover, they are not just making it easier, they are making is possible.

  ### 21. Offer quality in both your products and services with Bluecore

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Construction | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 27, 2020

**What do you like best about Bluecore?**

Bluecore follows up each one of the clients that an organization may have, or in fact promotes these abilities through different sources, which allows extracting information from different operators without the need for these individuals to enter a platform belonging to the company that acquired the functionalities of this software, without excluding that its integrations with other applications are extraordinary, considering that these external extensions are even larger than Bluecore itself, which allows taking advantage of information bases.

**What do you dislike about Bluecore?**

In theory, in most platforms that provide prevalent information regarding the functionalities of each software, with certain details that are very useful, it is worth noting that most of them do not present data about their compatibility with the operating systems required to start the implementation process, which is a problem for initial users in these digital branches, requiring better sources for the basic knowledge of the server.

**Recommendations to others considering Bluecore:**

If in your organization it is impossible to create exclusive messages to clients, including if you acquire operators on your loyal and unique platforms and cannot market to everyone with a broad focus, guaranteeing the deserved experience, because Bluecore is in charge of these operations, it makes it possible to remotely address each of these important members for the performance of the company, entering the recommended fields online, due to its wonderful functionalities of prudent and alternative recreation to certain individuals of an entire corporation.

**What problems is Bluecore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used this software to execute the needs that they presented, because it offers qualities that are of great importance to us, covering with its purposes, helped us to make operations of sending multiple rows of emails, recreating constant follow-ups, to visualize clients with a delay in the purchases that it made previously, and thus we could add offers in an exclusive way to recover an imminent amount of registered users to our platforms, being of great proportion for our business environment.

  ### 22. Great partners to work with

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hunter K. | Digital Marketing Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 26, 2021

**What do you like best about Bluecore?**

Bluecore has expert client service teams who are willing to help and provide strategic thinking that is easily implemented.

**What do you dislike about Bluecore?**

Nothing comes to mind as far as dislikes. Overall a solid company to work with.

**What problems is Bluecore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bluecore serves to re-engage our customers and push additional products.

  ### 23. Excellent platform & post-send analytics...once you get past the setup stage

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 08, 2020

**What do you like best about Bluecore?**

-A full on-boarding team to assist with setup
-Comprehensive platform; HTML knowledge is not required but if you have HTML knowledge, you can utilize that singularly or combine with drag and drop blocks. In addition, you can save blocks as widgets for future use in any campaign
-Post-send analytic tools are truly amazing. Results can be viewed in a visual form or a report form and provides great insight
-They will monitor deliverability and email ramp-up so if you're not super knowledgeable on that, this will be helpful

**What do you dislike about Bluecore?**

-The work management platform that Bluecore utilizes throughout implementation (Wrike) is absolutely terrible. It has poor UX and UI and not intuitive
-Setup will take forever, especially since it involves communication between at least 10 people at all times. If you are low on IT support at your company, this is not for you as IT support is constantly required during this stage
-It is not cheap

**What problems is Bluecore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

-Managing both email campaigns and site pop-up campaigns on the same platform
-Rich data on purchasing habits
-Great triggers

  ### 24. Great Personalization Tool

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 08, 2020

**What do you like best about Bluecore?**

Easy to create new campaigns and replicate efforts. The customer success manager has been terrific.

**What do you dislike about Bluecore?**

Not as clear with upcoming releases of updates.

Less than obvious responses when probed about details of Artificial Intelligence performance. Machine Learning explainability needs to be improved.

There's more information stored on the platform that it appears. You can derive incredible insights from your customer list and their behavior — if you know where to find that information.

**What problems is Bluecore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Email Delivery - we can easily create new trigger emails based on user behavior on site. It's very easy to onboard and create these campaigns.

In order to create new flows of information

  ### 25. I would highly recommend Bluecore for any company looking to enhance their communications.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 21, 2021

The Bluecore platform is extremely easy to use, which allows marketers at any level to dive in and create new trigger campaigns, batch emails and even push highly targeted audiences to Facebook or Google AdWords.

**What do you dislike about Bluecore?**

There aren't many things that we dislike about the Bluecore platform.

**What problems is Bluecore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Through Bluecore we are able to create real time personalized emails to our consumers encouraging them to convert based on behaviors they have already taken on site. We are also able to create a robust targeting strategy for our paid media channels.

  ### 26. Customer Service is 100%

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about Bluecore?**

Our customer success manager and overall service from from Bluecore is top notch. Very responsive and helpful. The best i've experienced yet.

**What do you dislike about Bluecore?**

The UI is a bit confusing at times and certain things I want to customize I cannot. We are still trying to better understand how Bluecore's PLTV that is useful for our brand. But overall I am very satisfied.

**What problems is Bluecore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dynamic content and personalization that was very manual before. The cart abandonment is top not. We are working on at-risk series next.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Electrical/Electronic Manufacturing | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 23, 2020

**What do you like best about Bluecore?**

BlueCore has a lot of extensible configurations for campaign parameters and their reps are knowledgeable and helpful in guiding you towards adjustments that increase conversions.

**What do you dislike about Bluecore?**

We use BlueCore as a standalone triggered campaign system, so we have to import our main unsubscribe lists. This is a little tricky, but totally doable.

**What problems is Bluecore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We've really had success with capturing "low-hanging fruit" with campaigns like Abandoned Shopping Carts and replenishment prompts. The pricing can't be beat.

  ### 30. VP Marketing

CPC is a bit more expensive than I'd like

**What problems is Bluecore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Personalization, ease of working with teams

  ### 31. Bluecore is amazing for CRM!!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 13, 2019

**What do you like best about Bluecore?**

Bluecore is amazing for CRM. Allows you to isolate audience segments and implement them in multiple channels: email, search, and especially in FB given all of their direct API integrations. They are a godsend for any ecommerce company looking to spend their dollars more efficiently

**What do you dislike about Bluecore?**

Faster loading times in the UI. Takes too long to build an audience at times. A more intuitive audience vs. campaign setup. Seems counter-intuitive to go into two different places to to the same thing twice. Other than that, there is not much more to dislike. Bluecore is one the greatest rising stars in CRM data management given its ease of use and multiple platform integrations.

**Recommendations to others considering Bluecore:**

Do it!! Will be a major help to your ecommerce business. You will have audience data like nothing you've seen before. You will know who is worth targeting and who is not. I wish I could give Bluecore more stars - they are just absolutely amazing. No need to hesitate here

**What problems is Bluecore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are solving the business problem of identifying our top performing audience segments per each campaign we launch. Each campaign needs to reach different people on our e-commerce site and Bluecore helps us identify which of these audiences is the most worthwhile to target. I love being able to use Bluecore - grants the ability to take 1st party data to the next level. Crucial for any marketer.

  ### 32. Seriously powerful marketing tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brent J. | Marketing, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 06, 2018

**What do you like best about Bluecore?**

Bluecore allows us to use our data more effectively. We've captured sales that we were missing before just by using their trigger campaigns for cart abandon, search and product abandon. As we ramp up to use Bluecore as our full time email solution, our batch send results are overwhelming our past efforts with a different well known platform.

**What do you dislike about Bluecore?**

Dislike is such a harsh term to use for a tool that has really given us an improved approach to email marketing. While the Bluecore WYSIWYG editor is easy to use, I'd expect them to add some more design tools at some point. Color pickers, improved stacking functions, etc.

**Recommendations to others considering Bluecore:**

The ability to segment and pinpoint our audiences makes this a valuable marketing tool. The functionality and backbone of the platform is exceptional.

**What problems is Bluecore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're able to dig into our data like we've never done before. It's a multi-use platform that allows us to develop unique and targeted audiences we were missing. As a relatively new user, seeing early results from several successful campaigns, I'm excited to see what the potential is moving forward.

  ### 33. Bluecore saves us time and resources, and drives forward our business

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 06, 2018

**What do you like best about Bluecore?**

The client success management team doesn't compare to any other partner or vendor I've worked with. They are dedicated, passionate, extremely well-educated on their product and how to make it work best for you and your business. They're open to your ideas, hearing your business challenges, and collaborating to solve problems and make their product work for you.

I can't forget to mention that their technology REALLY WORKS. Everytime I talk about Bluecore to my colleagues they ask what's the catch? Well, I haven't found it yet and the data backs that up.

**What do you dislike about Bluecore?**

This was a hard question for me since I genuinely have an amazing experience with Bluecore. I think my greatest challenge is backing up why the tactics and campaigns we work on with Bluecore work better than if we were to do it ourselves. Spending money on something that seems so intuitive is sometimes a hard pill to swallow but when you try it out and see the value that Bluecore brings, it's a no brainer and you're making back your investment and some. Every time!

**What problems is Bluecore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're solving for lack of resources (Creative, tech, execution, reporting). We're also able to do so much more with just the click of a button. Personalization, automated, at scale is a win, win, win.

  ### 34. Innovative targeting and personalization solution

**Reviewed by:** Greg N. B. | Digital Marketing Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 19, 2018

**What do you like best about Bluecore?**

Bluecore has proven that they don't sit still when it comes to advancing the bar on personalization in email and Google/Facebook ads targeting. Their behavioral personification has proven advantageous in many ways in helping us drive efficiency in our ad spend and email marketing, with smart decision making in their algorithms regarding content prioritization and more. The Audiences product lets us get extremely granular in our targeting on multiple platforms.

**What do you dislike about Bluecore?**

Very little, most things are now available self-serve and are mainly self-explanatory.

**Recommendations to others considering Bluecore:**

You will not regret partnering with Bluecore.

**What problems is Bluecore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Email targeting (abandonment and reactivation), social and Google ads audience refinement and targeting. They have proven to have a high ROAS for directly attributed revenue.

Bluecore has been great to use for email campaigns, to target relevant customers and users. It provides insights and analytics to better understand open rate, unsubscribe, conversions etc.

It's a great tool when it works, but often the reports are missing some vital information, or don't populate properly which is pretty frustrating.

  ### 38. Amazing little CRM... kinda.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kevin L. | Restaurant Solutions Advisor, Computer Software, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 12, 2017

**What do you like best about Bluecore?**

I love the usability of this software. I've dabbled in Salesforce and a few other traditional CRMs before and this... is incredible.

**What do you dislike about Bluecore?**

It takes some advanced knowledge to really learn this system. Don't get me wrong, it's very in depth but not nearly as user friendly when you want granular info as other CRMs

**Recommendations to others considering Bluecore:**

It seems as though this is still a new-ish software - but the friendliest CRM I've dealt with BY FAR for the basic usage.

**What problems is Bluecore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Constant prospecting using the interwebs.

Getting engaged customers to finish their transaction. We've seen success with behavioral triggers

  ### 40. Bluecore for Behavioral Marketing Triggers

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lisa L. W. | Email Strategist, Internet, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 11, 2017

Bluecore unifies customer and catalog data to craft email marketing triggers that convert. We can easily and effectively tailor the customer experience with unique product recommendations, dynamic content and personalized offers.

Originally we had a more dedicated team and since then structure has changed. While we can rely on the design team to get updates done, we now are able to make creative updates on our own and are encouraged to do so.

**Recommendations to others considering Bluecore:**

Learn as much as you can to fully utilize Bluecore as the options are pretty phenomenal. Take advantage of A/B testing.

**What problems is Bluecore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to automate actions across channels plus generate audiences and
campaigns in seconds. I love having this amount of data at my fingertips to create unique and custom triggers for our customer segments.

**What do you like best about Bluecore?**

It's a fairly straightforward simple software you can use to achieve your email marketing goals.

**Recommendations to others considering Bluecore:**

Look for a better software

**What problems is Bluecore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Order confirmation emails and browse abandonment

  ### 42. Bluecore was our favorite choice

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Sporting Goods | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 19, 2018

**What do you like best about Bluecore?**

The ease of the interface was very simple and user friendly. Creation of email templates was hassle free.

**What do you dislike about Bluecore?**

Honestly, none that I can think of off the top of my head.

**What problems is Bluecore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We learned that over time this product was for us in terms of Cart Abandonment emails. Even with Browse Abandonment. We hit a level where we could tell which emails were working from all over the world.
The benefits we have seen are anywhere from the design, look, and feel of the emails we are sending out to our customers or future customers, coming back in and purchasing the product they left behind.

  ### 43. New to Bluecore

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 31, 2017

Our Onboarding Manager made the transition to Bluecore incredibly delightful. The platform is very user friendly and the reporting could not be clearer.

**What do you dislike about Bluecore?**

The hand-off from onboarding to account management has been rough - we have had to shift our expectations for communications and training as we get settled.

**What problems is Bluecore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have migrated a number of our triggered messages to Bluecore to make use of the flexible functions and easy UI. The campaign reporting is incredibly transparent, which has made the transition quite easy.

Leverage personalized content to generate higher engagement via email.

  ### 45. Blue core helps target customers but requires management

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Apparel & Fashion | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 27, 2016

**What do you like best about Bluecore?**

Bluecore has been helpful to use email campaigns (price decrease, new merchandise, abandon cart, etc.) to target and retarget customers. They provide analytics on the different tactics to understand conversion, unsubscribe rate, opens, etc. The data can also be exported and analyzed further. Recently, they have been proactive in recommending changes to the email campaign tactics and has made great suggestions.

**What do you dislike about Bluecore?**

Their email reports often are not working, is missing information, or do not populate correctly so you have to go to the dashboard to pull accurate information. The dashboard itself however is great once you are logged into your user account.

**What problems is Bluecore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bluecore has helped us retarget customers who have shopped but left the site and also bring back customers after their first purchase.
