Their reconciliation tool does a great job in reducing our work and providing clean data to build our dashboards. **What do you dislike about Bluecopa?** The platform is slow at times but understandable since they are still building it **What problems is Bluecopa solving and how is that benefiting you?** We do our reconciliation with bluecopa. earlier we used to do it fully on excel but now we have taken it here. we process a lot of invoices across different payment methods. at the end of every month, the new and renewed subscriptions should be reconciled along with the churned ones to close the revenue that month and calculate the trial balance. in addition, bluecopa helps us create multiple dashboards to track metrics like aging, invoice processing and even cash flow for better planning. ### 2. But they've been very helpful. **What problems is Bluecopa solving and how is that benefiting you?** Primarily for reconciliation around payment gateways.
