"Most user friendly take-off software I have used."
5/5
What do you like best about Bluebeam?

The ability to quickly set up take-off toolboxes and use them intuitively on any PDF drawing. I also like the customizability of reporting take-off data with a very simple print menu. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bluebeam?

Importing to TIFF doesn't have the same drag and drop functionality as Adobe pro, and requires switching on and off a few things in the setting to print all the pdf drawings to seperate TIFFs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Bluebeam?

Colour pen, different types of markups cloud.

Synchronised page and documents for check documents. Useful for merging documents and also change document type. If we are comparing it with Adobe it's very smooth to working as it has 2 type of page access. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bluebeam?

I noticed that some time OCR settings are not working properly. And also hanging while using multiple files at a time. Also find command is bit different to find text. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

UI is not user-friendly. It takes a while to use it efficiently. Great for editing, but not the best for reading. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bluebeam?

Sometimes it can be buggy. I've noticed the stamp tool sometimes has issues displaying our stamps and causes them to be pixely and grainy. We also had issues for a long time where Studio would not stay logged in, but that is fixed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The versatility of the tools. You can make just about any modification possible, which is constantly being updated to add more features. Revu Extreme especially has handy tools such as OCR. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bluebeam?

Steep learning curve. The user interface is not intuitive, so you must learn the software by trial and error and do a lot of online research. It does not have built-in training to my knowledge. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
