Blue Ridge like all other supply chain tools is not the catch all solution, and no tool will ever be, but it can improve on updates to provide more nuanced industry application. It is not a robust enough tool to drive S&OP and long-term strategic planning. Blue Ridge's exception and alert based dashboard that helps identify potential risks and opportunities to improve. The Analytics tool is exceptional and helps me set and track goals monthly for my buyers. The Life-Line consultant piece was the deciding factor to select Blue Ridge. The monthly meetings with management and buyers gives us a "consultants" view into our world and often identifies ways to improve. The ability to automate the integrations both ways and allow seamless ordering if the ERP allows is also an excellent feature for companies that have many orders that need to be processed daily.
