The best thing to me is the demand forecasting function. The statistical algorithms, plus the in-program seasonal profile analysis and implementation, allow for very good forecast accuracy and bias. The primary thing that I would add going forward would be the ability to control/limit access for some users to certain functions, while allowing for full/additional access for other users.
