What do you dislike about Blue Iris? I noticed that Blue Iris requires a powerful computer with a dedicated graphics card to operate smoothly. Blue Iris allows monitoring and recording of video footage from security cameras, providing a way to keep property and belongings safe. Mobile friendly. Captures video in easy to organize tiles. Tiles can be played back just like any other audio/movie file. What do you dislike about Blue Iris? UI is a little old/outdated looking but it is very functional. In a lot of ways that is way more important. Little bit of a learning curve to get started and would have liked a little more guidance but I figured it out and its been great ever since. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Inexpensive software that is Easy to set up. It Runs on a regular computer (PC), so dedicated hardware is not needed. A little bit of a learning curve is needed to understand how to get your cameras up and to run. What do you dislike about Blue Iris? not any real dislikes with the software. It was a little difficult to figure out how to set up overwrites.
