The assisted AI feature is incredibly intricate. I've realized for some other AI capabilities, you need to ask the question in a certain way otherwise it won't function correctly. Bloomfire's AI is not nearly as touchy and is a great resource even when I need to ask it a question in a pinch. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
