Once the system is set up, it is very easy to use. You just have to get used to using the system.The volunteer communication piece is a great feature and easy to use. We do conferences with about 50 volunteers scheduled throughout several days. InitLive has made our schedule management so much easier! Being able to send out a group notification without having to create a group text for every conference is fantastic! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Bloomerang Volunteer?

The best thing about InItLive is the ability to allow volunteers to manage themselves. We used this sytem for the first time in 2017. The ease of moving all the information from the 2017 setup into the 2018 event was remarkable. The more we use the system, the more we love it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bloomerang Volunteer?

What do you like best about Bloomerang Volunteer?

I like that I can see everything on the InitLive app and that I don't need to print out the master schedule. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

That not all volunteers and/or staff can communicate via the InitLive app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Bloomerang Volunteer solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are able to put together our staff plan for our biannual conferences online. In the past in putting together the staff plan, I took weeks to master as you had to make sure staff and volunteers weren't double booked. The InitLive app/website does this for you. So it cuts down on a lot of unnecessary time creating a staff plan yourself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
