The best thing about InItLive is the ability to allow volunteers to manage themselves. We used this sytem for the first time in 2017. We are able to put together our staff plan for our biannual conferences online. In the past in putting together the staff plan, I took weeks to master as you had to make sure staff and volunteers weren't double booked. The InitLive app/website does this for you.
