Some of the functionalities were easy to use. We did not utilize the system as often as it could have been. **What do you dislike about Bloomerang Volunteer?** The implementation plan and the ability to talk to folks about what our services needed for our teams and how it could be molded together was super tough. The customer success teams did not feel like they were wanting to work around what we needed and instead was more worried about selling the product. We did not utilize the software and I fully believe that there is a lot of work that still needs to be done in order to make the product better and easier for organizations to use. **What problems is Bloomerang Volunteer solving and how is that benefiting you?** The product did and has helped to make group volunteer organizations easier to work with and gather information through. **Official Response from Sara Salako:** > Thank you for sharing your experience with us, Marc.
