What do you like best about Bloomerang Fundraising, formerly Qgiv?

I love that I am notified as soon as a purchase is made by receiving an e-mail. I also love the reports I can manage and run for events. The information of purchasers is helpful to send reminders as well as have records for the next fiscal year. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bloomerang Fundraising, formerly Qgiv?

I wish there were more opportunities for tabulations for columns with numbers and financials. As of now, I have to calculate myself. Maybe I need more training on how to pull specific report information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have not found anything I dislike about the Qgiv platform. Each aspect I have used as been helpful and the system is intuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Bloomerang Fundraising, formerly Qgiv solving and how is that benefiting you?

Qgiv is bringing non-profits into the current age of technology. Prior to using Qgiv, I was told that our organization ran auctions using simple pen and paper. As you can imagine, that was tedious and overwhelming. With Qgiv's technology, we have been able to transition to an online-only auction and this has alleviated our Development Team of a significant burden. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is a little labour-intensive as we prefer to issue our tax receipts. As well, the default is in US funds and we are in Canada. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
