What do you like best about Bloomerang Fundraising, formerly Qgiv?

The service integrations with other software that we use. The incredible customer service support whenever there's a question about a new feature or change; they always do a wonderful job communicating with our team and making sure we're fully aware of any feature changes. The customer service team also listens to feedback regarding enhancements/changes to make to the platform when situations arise and work to make these changes if they make sense for the user. The ability to turn on and off different services throughout the year as needed such as their Peer to Peer fundraising platform, which we use for one event each year and can turn it off throughout the rest of the year. Easy to navigate through the different screens and setup options; the features makes sense where they are housed in the system which makes it easy to find. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bloomerang Fundraising, formerly Qgiv?

The only thing I can think of is sometimes I get stuck when trying to search for a certain individual that either processed a transaction for an event or was an event attendee. Sometimes when I try to find the name of a person in "transactions" it won't show, but I will find them listed as an "event attendee." This is more from the user side of things though and something I'm aware of if I'm not finding the person in one location to check the other, so I would classify this as user error not necessarily Qgiv error. What do you like best about Bloomerang Fundraising, formerly Qgiv?

We have been with Qgiv for almost 3 years, and it was the single best choice we have made to improve our fundraising efforts! Their customer service is unparalleled; we always know someone will answer questions quickly and with care and it's always a REAL LIVE HUMAN when we call. The software is very user friendly, and they really use our feedback! We have seen update after update that we have asked for, and the switch to this software was simple for staff to implement. We have integrated Qgiv into our website for donations, utilized it for Peer to Peer, and Auctions, as well as used it for fundraising pages for board members and integration directly into our Donor management software and our accounting software, meaning it is used daily in our offices. The ability to pay for different features of Qgiv monthly or quarterly is also helpful and so convenient! I am so thankful for the excellent team at Qgiv and our work with them! There is so much information sometimes you don't know what you don't know as far as what to look for and where. I also don't like that sometimes fees land on the next month which makes doing our own internal reconciliation challenging because we have to know to account for the fees that won't hit during the current month.
