I find QGiv user-friendly and I truly enjoy working within the platform. Their support articles are clear and detailed, and when you do have a question that help articles don't answer, their customer service is excellent. QGiv is incredibly customizable -- and when you have ideas to improve the product, you can submit them and really believe they are being heard. I feel that the price is fair for the quality of the product. I can only recall one at this moment: Most text within the form is customizable but there's one line that cannot be changed by the user (it's universal on QGiv), and we wish we could change it! It's an informal line of text underneath the collection of email address: "Make sure to double-check for typos." But compared to all that QGiv offers, that is a small matter to us! Oh, I remember another -- I wish you could create a new form that is like a general default template, rather than cloning a form being the only way of producing a new form. The Givi App is excellent for bidders. The reports are high quality and contain great information. Customer service was excellent, they were very supportive during our entire event. The event builder was easy to use, data integration went smoothly, which doesn't always happen when integrating different software platforms. **What do you dislike about Bloomerang Fundraising, formerly Qgiv?** Qgiv made our virtual event possible this year, so there wasn't much I did not like. Some software improvements could be made: auction item re-numbering for late additions would be helpful-having to re-number items manually was time-consuming, being able to export previously excluded items at a later date- currently once you exlcude items from an export you can't run another export and include them. Being able to copy auction items in the case of multiple items would be helpful. Adding a slideshow to the event builder was clunky as you have to add items in reverse order and to update your slideshow you must click the "upload image" button then the "done" button then the "update" button all the way at the bottom, hopefully they put this button closer to the top as I missed it a few times and couldn't figure out why my slideshow wasn't updating. Being able to add multiple slides at once would also be a huge time saver! Donations oftentimes create new profiles for existing donors despite our best efforts to customize the integration with the database. We also like the thermometer function for events like Giving Tuesday and the shareability of the thermometer too. **What do you dislike about Bloomerang Fundraising, formerly Qgiv?** There's nothing yet that we dislike except possibly the limited format for entries forwarded to our eTapestry database. **What problems is Bloomerang Fundraising, formerly Qgiv solving and how is that benefiting you?** Previously our online donations were taken through a PayPal form that wasn't user friendly or consistent with our branding. We got a fair number of calls from donors who had questions about online gifts. Also, being a part of the QGiv community, they have many free webinars that help give you in-depth industry knowledge that can really help you meet your goals. Another item I enjoy is Qgiv's data organization. All of its reports are relevant and thoroughly customizable to my needs. Along with the reports, are the charts. Within your project, it will show multiple graphs including bar, pie, and other graphs. These displays give me a useful visual idea on the segmented information of my project. QGiv thrives on integrating with other programs. This software can connect through Constant Contact, Facebook, and other platforms. It is this capability that streamlines and structures a seamless process. I am quite impressed with how easy it is for me! **What do you dislike about Bloomerang Fundraising, formerly Qgiv?** There's not one thing I've disliked so far! Everything has worked better than expected. It exceeds my expectations. If I ever need help or am unaware of a process, the tutorials are always excellent in helping me out. They are always quick to answer the phone and help with anything that's needed. There are so many things on the back end to know, learn, and figure out. I learn more and more every single time I log in. There's just so many toggles and things that affect the quality of a form, but once you learn what everything is, that helps. Hearing the research that's been done, what works with certain age groups, what's appealing to different kinds of people, etc. is really, really helpful.
